Jeremiah has been greatly influenced by the music of French composers: Chopin, Debussy, and Yann Tiersen, as well as the styles, sounds and rhythms of middle-eastern music.
His music has been debuted by the Saint Helens String Quartet as well as the Seattle Chamber Players. He was commissioned to write Tango Oscuro for clarinet and piano, which was premiered by Rosalynn DeRoos in November 2006 at her senior recital.
